Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Physical Inventory Specialist to join our retail and distribution operations in the Baltimore area. You will perform physical inventories at stores and 3PL sites, conduct audits, and help ensure our financial statements reflect accurate counts.

You will use RF scanners, tablets, and ERP systems to document counts, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with store teams and 3PL partners to reconcile inventories. Some travel is required to regional locations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years inventory control experience; loss prevention experience a plus.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Position requires 40–50% travel.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook; RF experience required.
• Experience with WMS or delivery software and ERP systems.
• Confidentiality and adaptability to changing processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventories at Stores and 3PL locations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and propose correct inventory adjustments.
• Research inventory movement and determine final product disposition.
• Use RF scanners, tablets, ERP systems to validate counts and document variances.
• Collaborate with store teams and 3PL partners to reconcile inventories.
• Maintain and improve SOPs for inventory prep, execution, and reconciliation.
• Travel to local and regional stores and 3PL locations as needed.
• Assist internal audits and document variances and corrective actions.
