Leidos is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Colorado Springs to join a defense manufacturing team. You will perform cycle counts, issue material, and maintain inventory records, while supporting multiple sites and ensuring accurate data entry.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing or warehousing, strong communication skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and inventory software is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Proficient with Excel, Outlook and inventory software.

Responsabilités

• Report all inventory-related issues to the Inventory Manager.
• Oversee receiving functions and ensure accurate data entry.
• Manage inventory control for fixed assets; conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain inventory turnover using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Ensure stocking levels are met consistently.
• Collaborate with management to coordinate shipments.
• Organize and label inventory with warehouse staff.
• Oversee on-site inventory management across locations.
• Update physical inventory records in the system.
• Engage effectively in collaborative discussions.
