Job summary

The job requires forklift-capable handling, use of material handling aids, and adherence to DoD property tracking practices. Applicants may need to obtain a US security clearance and must meet education/experience criteria.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, plus 4 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/Associates with 0-2 years of related experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and inventory management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with MRP/Agile/PDM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical or administrative tasks for shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, and equipment.
• Unpack and inspect goods against PO/invoices; maintain records and reject when needed.
• Handle items up to 45 lbs; operate forklift after internal certification.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped and received.
• Monitor inventory on manufacturing lines and ensure accurate material handling and safety compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Harris EH&S policies and US security requirements.
