Job summary

Talentify is looking for an Inventory Specialist to verify and reconcile inventories for customers and suppliers, and to act as a liaison among customer support, suppliers, and management on inventory issues. You’ll compile reports and analyze data to identify root causes using Excel and SAP tools.

The role requires 1-3 years warehousing experience, familiarity with barcode systems, and knowledge of Topex and SAP inventory modules. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system.
• Working experience with cycle count and inventory control.
• Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventories across customer, suppliers, and DHL; compile/analyze reports.
• Data entry into customer system and WM System; analyze data for root cause using Excel.
• Monitor SAP data for finance reporting across in-transit buckets.
• Maintain cycle count data for management reporting to customer.
• Investigate and reconcile failed transactions and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
