Job summary

Tractor Supply in Nampa, Idaho, is seeking a Receiver to support store operations through inventory control, receiving accuracy, and compliance routines. The role focuses on receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliation, transfers, buybacks/RTV, and reporting while partnering with the Store Operations Manager.

The position requires flexibility in shifts, strong customer service, and ability to operate forklift equipment.

Qualifications

Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge strongly preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
