Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate inventory levels and support reporting, physical inventory, and system audits across multiple distribution sites. You will work with the inventory management system to prepare materials for shipping and receiving while supporting recalls and returns as needed.

The role requires attention to detail, basic MS Office skills, and a background in warehousing.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; associate degree or two years of equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Site-specific (e.g. food grade) experience may be required.
• Familiar with ISO requirements preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass Background and Drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory of materials and products and generate applicable inventory reports.
• Perform daily cycle count activities and inventory audits and track damaged products.
• Verify clerical inventory records against physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate product recalls, holds/releases, recalls, and returns as needed.
• Monitor pest control program if required at site.
• Ensure facility is inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, or customer needs and coordinate quality management program.
• Draft or revise site SOPs as needed and maintain the quality management portal.
