Job summary

National Wire LLC in Conroe, TX is seeking an Inventory Specialist to track and control all materials moving into, within, and out of the facility. You will manage receiving, recording, storage, issuance, transfer, and shipment while maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role requires strong attention to detail, ERP/data-entry skills, and the ability to work with production and shipping teams to ensure timely replenishment and compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years inventory/warehouse/logistics experience in manufacturing preferred.
• CPIM or CIME certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track materials entering and leaving the facility.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming raw materials.
• Issue materials to employees, departments, and plants per weekly schedule.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records / audits monthly.
• Coordinate materials for shipment or internal distribution with shipping team.
• Lead monthly full inventory counts and reconcile differences.
• Enter and update material transactions in the ERP system; train staff.
• Follow procedures for inventory control and safety documentation.
• Organize and maintain designated storage areas.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
