Job summary

BRINC in Seattle, WA is seeking an Inventory Specialist to manage inventory accuracy and support production and service operations. You will handle receiving, tracking, audits, labeling, and compliance with safety standards, while supporting outbound shipping and inventory reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inventory control or warehousing, proficiency with inventory software and Excel/Google Sheets, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse management, or related role.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong organization and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate receipt, tracking and recording of all inventory items.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock; flag risks.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Organize and label inventory for easy identification; support shipping activities.
• Maintain inventory records and generate reports on shortages and usage trends.
