Job summary

Aireco Supply, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to maintain accurate inventory records and optimize stock levels across our Maryland distribution network.

You will perform cycle counts, update WEBUI/TWL, and partner with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and logistics to improve accuracy and efficiency. The role requires 1–3 years in inventory control or a related field, proficiency with Excel and inventory systems, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience 1–3 years in inventory control, warehouse, or similar role.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and data entry accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Utilize WEBUI/TWL to track receipts, transfers, and shipments.
• Identify and implement improvements to inventory control procedures.
• Generate inventory reports to identify trends and obsolescence.
