UW Interco, LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations. You will partner with warehouse operations, production, planning, and supply chain teams to improve control processes and support efficient operations.

Responsibilities include using Epicor to process counts, ensuring materials match receipts and job completions, counting raw materials and finished goods daily, analyzing variances, locating misclassified

Qualificações

• Experience managing inventory and performing cycle counts.
• Ability to analyze variances and drive process improvements.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork across shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Use Epicor to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, and track activity.
• Ensure material issued, job completion reports, and receipts align.
• Cycle count raw materials, packaging, finished goods daily per schedule.
• Analyze variances between system and actual counts.
• Collaborate with coating line supervisors to improve accuracy.
• Locate misclassified inventory and report discrepancies weekly.
• Propose root-cause solutions and process enhancements to prevent recurrences.
• Adhere to safety rules and maintain a neat warehouse appearance.
• Work extended hours and some Saturdays as needed.
