Job summary

Apogee Enterprises is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy investigations. You will partner with warehouse operations, production, planning, and supply chain teams to improve inventory control and support efficiency.

Responsibilities include using Epicor to process counts, verify on-hand inventory, analyze variances, locate misclassified stock, and document/process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with some college encouraged.
• Prior experience in manufacturing/warehouse inventory is preferred.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and discrepancy investigations.
• Verify material movements and ensure system accuracy with physical stock.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, planning, and supply chain teams.
• Identify process improvements to enhance inventory control and efficiency.
• Operate forklifts per safety policy and maintain organized workspace.
