Job summary

The Distribution Center (DC) Team at Tory Burch is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk II to contribute to accurate stock records and daily cycle counts in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will train team members, conduct audits with RF devices, investigate discrepancies, and partner across departments to maintain inventory integrity while upholding Tory Burch safety standards and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1.5+ years of related experience in a distribution environment.
• Experience utilizing warehouse equipment and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have English proficiency (speaking and understanding).
• Basic math skills to understand location quantities, thresholds and capacity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for investigating discrepancies.
• Able to lift items up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Train team members (new hires, contractors, etc.) and provide guidance on best practices, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
• Assess gaps in execution to tailor training and improve performance.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and audits using RF devices and tracking sheets.
• Maintain clear, concise, and detailed records of counting activities.
• Provide inventory information and adjust based on verification and WM research.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies by researching variances and identifying root causes with recommendations for improvement.
• Research inventory movements between locations and short picks during order fulfillment.
• Audit outbound shipments for Ecommerce, Wholesale and Retail customers to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with inventory reporting and VAS projects; transfer to other departments as needed.
• Adhere to Tory Burch Safety Standards, SOPs, and Code of Conduct.
