Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate records in our ERP system and support production flow. You will conduct cycle counts, track heat/lot numbers, input counts in Epicor, and ensure materials move smoothly through the plant.

The role requires 1–3 years in inventory control, strong attention to detail, and good teamwork. This full-time on-site position offers benefits and opportunities for growth within our manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Detail oriented with high accuracy and able to multitask.
• Team player who works with little supervision.
• Regular and timely attendance.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Maintain bin accuracy and precise counts for internal and external bins.
• Track lot/heat numbers and serial numbers for production orders.
• Input material and part counts into the Epicor system.
• Verify materials and parts returned, including part numbers and counts.
• Receive, issue, and request materials from inventory as needed.
• Pull and prepare products for production and shipment.
• Close jobs and ensure accurate job entries in production processes.
• Process job-to-job receipts as part of workflow management.
• Monitor inventory-related issues to maintain smooth production flow.
