Job summary

Forum Energy Technologies, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Clerk in Broussard, LA to manage receiving, storage, and movement of materials.

You will perform cycle counts, maintain ERP records, and ensure accurate traceability for production workflows. You will collaborate with Scheduling, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and other teams to resolve discrepancies, support audits, and uphold safety and inventory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, receiving, inventory control, or material handling preferred.
• Experience with cycle counts and ERP transactions preferred.
• Safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming material against POs, packing slips, part numbers, and quantities.
• Record receiving transactions in the ERP system accurately.
• Maintain receiving records and documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and variances.
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities and locations.
• Perform cycle counts and audits; document results.
• Assist with annual physical inventories and inventory cleanup.
• Operate forklifts and maintain a clean work area.
• Process returns and transfers as needed.
• Report shortages or damaged material to supervisor and QA.
