Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to monitor and maintain current inventory levels, reconcile stock counts, and support cycle counts. You will ensure data accuracy across shipments and orders.

You will operate a forklift, assist in master data collection, and help train staff or interns. This role involves routine physical counts and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Database management skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
• Forklift certified.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks inventory levels and investigates problems with root causing.
• Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Performs Daily/weekly Cycle Counts following Cycle Count Plan.
• Creates bins and labels racking.
• May lead, guide, and train staff/student employees, interns, and/or volunteers performing related work.
• Assisting in Master data collection.
• Daily monitoring of production lines and inventory left over.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
• Will be able to operate a Forklift, pallet jack, and Order picker.
