Job summary

Sephora's Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN is seeking a DC Specialist to perform wave planning, delivery scheduling, order tracking, auditing, and reporting. You will support multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

Strong WMS experience, Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams are essential. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and flexibility for shifts and overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a distribution center/warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or menu-driven applications, or ability to learn systems.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong math, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to change shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to maintain integrity of work and production output.
• Train floor associates on department methods and SOPs.
• Respond proactively to leadership directions from Shift Coordinators and managers.
• Follow all safety rules and report violations.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible to designated shifts.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service.
• Communicate effectively with associates and vendors at multiple levels.
• Be proactive to business needs and promote teamwork.
• Maintain professional correspondence as required.
