Job summary

BioLegend is seeking a Materials Specialist to manage inventory in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will coordinate with Customer Service, Packaging, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery and 100% customer satisfaction, while keeping finished goods organized and accurate.

You will perform ERP data entry, support SOPs and work instructions, and participate in cycle counts. The role requires teamwork with Manufacturing, Planning, QC, and Receiving teams and mentors newer associates.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years inventory control experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transfer materials for internal use and inventory needs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for components and finished goods.
• Perform ERP data entry and document material transactions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs/Work Instructions.
