• 7+ years of relevant professional experience including leadership.

• Experience using WMS/ERP and inventory reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory Supervisors, Team Leads, and Inventory Specialists to achieve KPIs.
• Manage cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, investigations, and adjustments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with cGMP, FDA, DEA, OSHA requirements and audit readiness.
• Monitor inventory metrics and drive continuous improvement in accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Client Services, and customers on inventory strategy.
