Job summary

GlobalMed Logistix, LLC is seeking a Logistics Specialist to support field locations and warehouse operations from Norcross, GA. Responsibilities include preparing and shipping instruments and trays for surgery, using inventory systems, and ensuring compliance with OSHA/FDA standards.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, analyze metrics, and support special projects while working a Monday–Friday 1 PM–10 PM shift on-site. A strong focus on safety and customer service is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and ship instruments, implants, and trays for surgery cases.
• Utilize inventory management system for distribution to sales personnel and customers.
• Implement and support quality initiatives throughout the organization.
• Manage reports and analyze inventory and productivity metrics.
• Keep records of interactions and transactions related to product inquiries.
• Investigate discrepancies and adjust as directed by leadership.
• Ensure accuracy of shipment labeling, barcoding, and expiration dates.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to meet OSHA and FDA regulations.
