Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company, based in Tyler, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented inventory associate to monitor and maintain stock levels across the store. You will perform daily counts, manage ordering/receiving, and ensure shelves are stocked while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; 21+ to drive per policy.
• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• 1+ years related inventory/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily stock counts in the Inventory Management System.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels via proper ordering and receiving.
• Reviews pending inventory transactions daily.
• Communicates inventory status with store director and corrects shortages.
• Replenishes shelves and ensures safe, clean work area.
• Provides friendly customer service and assists with inquiries.
• Operates equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack, knives) and follows procedures.
