Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control professional to ensure accuracy and integrity of the store’s inventory. This role supports cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution in a fast-paced retail warehouse environment.

The position provides growth opportunities and requires attention to detail, organization, and solid customer service. Both full-time and part-time openings are available at multiple hours.

Qualifications

• One year of inventory control experience in a “big box” retail company or equivalent to perform essential functions.
• Demonstrated point of sale analysis and reporting experience.
• Business analysis experience is a plus.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily cycle count and category review calendar.
• Research all inventory-related discrepancies and make adjustments in the inventory system.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Audit various processes to ensure accuracy and security per SOPs.
• Communicate discrepancies to department managers and propose fixes.
• Maintain all cycle count paperwork per SOP and ensure changes are implemented.
