Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking an Inventory Handler to support inventory accuracy and process integrity within our Kernersville distribution center. You will research discrepancies, resolve variances, and serve as a contact for inventory inquiries.

The role requires performing cycle counts, conducting audits across receiving, put-away, and outbound operations, and following safety procedures. You will collaborate with leadership to improve reporting and processes.

Qualifications

• Be self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, basic math, and problem-solving skills.
• Follow policies, procedures, instructions, and schedules accurately.
• Have experience in a team-oriented, high-volume environment.
• Have working knowledge of applicable PKMS and RF functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts, resolve inventory variances, and support shortage investigations.
• Conduct process audits across receiving, put-away, and outbound operations.
• Follow safety and security procedures, including safe operation of power equipment.
• Train team members and collaborate with leadership to improve processes and reporting.
• Maintain familiarity with distribution center operations and support other departments as needed.
