Job summary

Ideal candidates have cycle counting experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to data integrity. Forklift certification and a valid license are required, with potential for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cycle counter or inventory control associate.
• Knowledge of inventory systems (WARP, MOS/MES, SAP or equivalent).
• Proficient Excel at an intermediate level.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Valid driver's license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily cycle counts of on-site materials and meets KPI goals.
• Audit systems for inventory control and audit kits on site.
• Manage receipt of inbound products and put-away to labeled locations.
• Prepare outbound shipments including bills of lading.
• Coordinate with buyers, finance, and suppliers to reconcile discrepancies.
