Job summary

NFI in Muskogee, OK is seeking a Cycle Counter to perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile results with system data. You will research discrepancies and ensure adherence to inventory control procedures while working on-site.

The role requires forklift experience, proficiency with MS Office, and strong analytical and communication skills. You must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 2 year experience in similar position.
• Must have experience operating a forklift.
• Computer applications experience using MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to follow policies and safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 lbs without restriction.
• Ability to work irregular or extended hours including weekends and holidays as needed by the customer.
• Must be able to stand and walk for continuous periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inventory count and compare results with system data
• Research discrepancies between physical and system count
• Communicate cycle count finding to those responsible for inventory
• Adheres to the cycle counting procedures and guidelines
• Maintains inventory count records and data files
• Investigates origin of discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned
