Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift operator certification is required.
• Successful completion of on-the-job training; levels 1 and 2 of positional training are offered.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming product shipments by counting and verifying against invoicing.
• Updates receiving information in the MAC21 system to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Audits inventory records for accuracy and maintains stock levels.
• Performs cycle and security counts and makes inventory adjustments.
• Prepares purchase orders for product purchasing or locating new or special order products.
• Assists with periodic physical inventory audits.
• Ensures store personnel follow established selling processes.
• Maintains inventory and displays merchandising guidelines.
• Reviews product tagging and signage for accuracy and updates as needed.
• Assists customers with complaints and escalates when appropriate.
• Operates forklift when necessary.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
