McCoy’s in Carlsbad, NM is seeking a Store Inventory Coordinator to receive, count, and verify shipments, and audit inventory movement to help meet store financial goals. You will enter data into MAC21, review stock levels, perform cycle counts, and assist with purchasing and merchandising, while helping customers and maintaining accurate tagging.

This role requires a high school diploma, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds; occasional nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required.
• On-the-job training levels 1 and 2 completed.

Responsabilités

• Receive and verify incoming shipments.
• Enter receiving data in MAC21 to maintain inventory records.
• Audit inventory accuracy and stock levels.
• Conduct cycle counts and adjustments.
• Prepare purchase orders for new or special products.
• Assist with periodic inventories.
• Ensure selling processes and merchandising guidelines are followed.
• Review product tagging and signage for accuracy.
• Assist customers and escalate complaints as needed.
• Operate forklift when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
