Job summary

McCoy’s is seeking a Store Inventory Coordinator in Mount Pleasant, TX to receive and process product inventory, audit records, and review movement to support the store’s financial goals. Starting pay is $17 per hour, full-time, on-site at 1702 West 16th Street, Mount Pleasant, TX 75455.

The role requires accurate data entry in MAC21, cycle and security counts, and adherence to selling processes. You will assist with stock levels, tagging, and customer issue resolution, with occasional forklift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift operator certification.
• On-the-job training completed; levels 1 and 2 completed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MAC21 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipments against invoices.
• Enter receiving info into MAC21 to keep inventory records accurate.
• Audit inventory records for accuracy and stock levels.
• Prepare purchase orders for products and specials.
• Assist with periodic physical inventories.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and product tagging.
• Assist customers and escalate complaints to management.
• Operate forklift when necessary.
• Perform other related duties.
