Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in inventory or a similar role.
• Strong problem solving and forecasting abilities.
• Experience with BrighTree is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments by checking the integrity of deliveries.
• Unpack deliveries and verify against packing slips.
• Reconcile deliveries lacking packing slips with Purchasing Manager.
• Process delivery receipts daily and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Deliver supplies to departments or coordinate pick-ups.
• Maintain documentation of inventory data (lot numbers, expiration dates).
• Participate in inventory counting and cycles.
• Collaborate with Purchasing Director and Warehouse Manager.
• Support process improvements and ad hoc requests.
• Other duties as assigned.
