You will investigate discrepancies, reconcile reports, coordinate returns, and generate weekly and monthly audits while partnering with sales and operations to keep our healthcare operations accurate and efficient.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or data-related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Research missing, delayed, or disputed inventory.
• Reconcile inventory reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and asset recovery.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain system integrity.
• Generate weekly and monthly inventory and audit reports.
• Partner with sales and operations teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Support inventory requests, fulfillment, and special orders.
• Follow all company procedures and compliance standards.
