Job summary

Culton Companies Inc in Trussville, AL is seeking an Inventory Clerk to own day-to-day accuracy of client inventory, receiving, counting, labeling, and storing items according to EF system. You will update EF Item Records, perform routine counts, and collaborate with warehouse team and coordinators to keep programs running.

Responsibilities include counting, labeling, storage decisions, and regular audits, with an emphasis on accuracy, safety, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Ability to follow established procedures for counting, labeling, and storage.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry into inventory tracking systems.
• Good judgment on when to handle something solo versus escalate to your manager.
• Ability to safely lift and move inventory boxes and bins.
• A reliable, organized, self-starting work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Receive new client inventory as it arrives.
• Count and bundle client items according to client specifications.
• Label items according to inventory system standards.
• Pack items appropriately on shelves, in blue bins, or in boxes based on the correct storage method for each item type.
• Update EF Item Records to reflect current inventory and location.
• Conduct regular audits of client orphan bins.
