• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with inventory systems and basic Excel.
• Comfortable working hands-on with physical inventory.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to follow up on discrepancies.
• Able to work in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
• Ensure physical inventory matches the ERP/WMS system.
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities and locations in the system.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Track inventory across multiple storage and production locations.
• Verify inventory movements and transfers are properly recorded.
• Support physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Material Handling, Production, and Supply Chain.
