The Inventory Control Specialist will manage ERP-based transactions, cycle counts, and material receiving to maintain accurate inventory records across production and shipping. This role supports Production, Purchasing, Shipping and Accounting, providing cross-functional coverage in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of inventory control, warehouse, material management, or manufacturing experience
• Experience working within an ERP or inventory management system
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory audits
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory transactions accurately within the ERP system
• Maintain inventory accuracy through routine audits and verifications
• Monitor inventory levels, identify shortages or discrepancies, and investigate variances
• Receive and verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips
• Coordinate material transfers between warehouse and production
• Support shipping and receiving operations and inventory reporting
• Assist with inventory forecasting and replenishment as needed
• Provide backup support and participate in process improvements
