Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Plant Inventory Control Associate in Kansas City, MO. The role maintains daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels in the WMS and ensures proper rotation and storage of materials.

You will work with ERP systems (Oracle) to handle inbound/outbound operations, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate receipts and transfers, while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 years experience in position.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ERP to manage inbound/outbound inventory.
• Create purchase orders for pallets, etc.
• Process all recycle and destruction loads.
• Maintain finished goods, raw materials and sub-assembly inventories as per guidelines.
• Process non-conforming material in Agile.
• Coordinate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMAs.
• Verify inventory transactions in ERP.
• Complete Oracle transactions from Receiving to Inventory/WIP/Non-Conforming.
• Maintain integrity of inventories via daily audits and cycle counts.
• Report discrepancies and adjust counts.
