Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Plant Inventory Control Associate to manage daily to monthly inventory levels within the WMS and ERP systems. You will ensure proper rotation, accurate counts, and adherence to established procedures for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

Responsibilities include creating POs, processing recyclables, coordinating inbound receipts, and performing cycle counts with daily audits to maintain inventory integrity and reporting discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 2 years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment.
• 2 years – Experience in Position.
• 0 years – Experience managing people/projects.

Responsibilities

• Navigate ERP to manage inbound/outbound inventory operations.
• Create purchase orders for pallets and materials.
• Process all recycle and destruction loads.
• Maintain finished goods, raw materials, and sub-assemblies per guidelines.
• Perform daily audits and maintain a Cycle Count program.
• Ensure accurate inbound receipts, intercompany transfers, and RMAs.
