Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency using ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or NetSuite.
• Strong capabilities in computer usage and accurate data entry.
• Prior experience working within distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse settings.
• Capacity to lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs to support physical warehouse demands.
• High level of organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity of inventory logs and material movements by processing them correctly within ERP software.
• Execute routine cycle counts, physical stock audits, and necessary inventory reconciliations to help maintain high levels of operational accuracy.
• Monitor, confirm, intake, distribute, and organize various components and materials.
• Input material and stock information into digital databases with a high degree of precision.
• Operate specialized inventory tracking equipment and handheld scanning devices.
• Assist with the full spectrum of warehouse tasks, including receiving, shipping, palletizing, packing, and shrink-wrapping.
• Analyze and comprehend various inventory reports, shipping documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Help identify the root cause of stock variances to improve overall warehouse efficiency and inventory reliability.
• Adhere to all established safety protocols to help maintain a secure working environment for the entire team.
