Job summary

The Kinetic Group in Anoka, MN is seeking an Inventory/Material Control Clerk to ensure finished goods inventory accuracy and precise data entry. You will record input/output, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory integrity.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 7am–3pm. Applicants should be proficient in Word/Excel and MHE; ERP systems experience is preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX and Manhattan Scale is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• No disciplinary action within the last 12 months at a Report of Conference level or above.
• Experience in a distribution/warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with PC/computerized perpetual inventories in a warehousing environment preferred.
• ERP systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate FG inventory records and reports by supplying computer input of accurate counts, locations and transfers by way of manual or RF scanning.
• Maintain accurate inventory balances between system modules and perform daily cycle counts.
• Review discrepancies for validity and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate availability of special run/lot ammunition for special orders with customer service.
• Process and control customer returns for rework, repack, seconds, scrapping or return to FG warehouse.
