The role requires ERP/MRP experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a warehouse setting. Hours are Mon-Fri with some variation, and the team emphasizes data accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in inventory, warehouse or materials mgmt.
• Experience using ERP, MRP, or inventory systems.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate inventory records and system updates.
• Receive, inspect, store, and track incoming materials.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure material availability.
• Organize stock locations for efficiency and accessibility.
• Prepare inventory reports and assist with audits.
• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
