Job summary

Compal USA Technology Inc is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support inventory accuracy across our Georgetown, TX manufacturing operations. This role partners with Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure precise transactions and continuous process improvement.

You will perform cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and generate reports in SAP/MES, driving reduction in inventory loss and optimized stock levels.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• Experience conducting cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
• Hands-on experience using SAP or a comparable ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control & Auditing: cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and variance investigations.
• Inventory Analysis & Optimization: monitor levels, trends, KPIs, and shrinkage.
• Systems & Reporting: maintain SAP/MES data, generate reports and metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with multiple teams to improve material flow.
