Job summary

Responsibilities include daily to monthly cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliation of counts with ERP records. Proficiency in Excel and experience with WMS/ERP systems are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or cycle counting.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
• Experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in related field is a plus.
• Relevant Warehouse experience within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including root cause analysis.
• Reconcile physical counts with system records and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions and audit trails.
• Monitor inventory accuracy metrics and report findings to management.
• Collaborate with warehouse, receiving, and shipping teams to correct inventory issues.
• Assist in identifying process improvements to reduce inventory errors.
• Support physical inventory counts and audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems to track and manage inventory.
