Job summary

Celestica is seeking a data-driven Inventory Analyst in Fort Worth, TX to support inventory control and material movement within a manufacturing environment. You will track inventory accuracy, assist in non-working stock reconciliation, and help balance parts lists with ERP data.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in inventory control or cycle counting, a degree in Supply Chain or related field, and solid Excel/ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) to drive accurate reporting and cross-functional

Qualifications

2–4 years of inventory control, materials analyst, or cycle counting experience.
Foundational knowledge of material flow and inventory management in a high-tech or electronics assembly environment.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for transaction processing and data lookups; intermediate Excel.
Solid understanding of cycle counting, reconciliation, and basic warehouse management.
Strong communication, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Tracks inventory issues and reports on physical flow and system status for the business unit.
Executes tasks related to inventory control to support the material plan and target levels.
Performs routine data audits to verify ERP/MRP data accuracy.
Monitors surplus inventory and supports physical inventory counts; helps reduce non-working stock.
Assists senior team with data to balance inventory results with financial records.
