You will oversee shipping, receiving, and sales orders, ensuring data integrity and timely inventory updates to support production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and bar code scanning technology.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining inventory records.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels by accurately processing shipping and receiving transactions.
• Maintain and update inventory records within the ERP system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to align inventory availability with production schedules and sales orders.
• Utilize bar code scanning technology to track inventory movement and verify stock counts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, and excess stock, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and support operational demands.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve inventory-related issues.
