Fair Ortho Logistics, LLC is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory of orthopedic surgical products, implants, instruments, kits, and related components. You will receive, inspect, store, track, and prepare items for distribution while upholding traceability and quality.

This role requires 2+ years in inventory control or warehouse operations, high attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work onsite with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or related field.
• Experience using inventory, warehouse, or enterprise management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work onsite with overtime/on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify inventory against purchase orders and system records.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized inventory/warehouse systems.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, shortages, overages, damaged or expired items.
• Track product movement, lot/serial numbers, and expiration dates.
• Maintain clean, organized warehouse and inventory areas.
• Prepare products for shipment, transfer, delivery, return, or replenishment.
