Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels by accurately processing shipping and receiving transactions.
  • Maintain and update inventory records within the ERP system to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to align inventory availability with production schedules and sales orders.
  • Utilize bar code scanning technology to track inventory movement and verify stock counts.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, and excess stock, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and support operational demands.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve inventory-related issues.
