Job summary

Hiring Today is looking to add Inventory Control Specialists to our team. Our auditors conduct monthly shop inventory and work with shop crews and management to help control loss and improve operations.

You will be part of the solution, identifying problems and opportunities. Responsibilities include physical counts to calculate shrink, cash verification, resolving product code issues, and teaching staff about our shop accounting system.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food service management or accounting is required.
• Must enjoy helping people and be willing to teach and train others.
• Outgoing personality with ability to communicate data and have tough conversations with management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Physical count of inventory to calculate shrink.
• Cash verification.
• Check and resolve product code issues.
• Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew and managers.
• Assist with operational and personnel issues.
