Job summary

Hiring Today is seeking Inventory Control Specialists to join our team in the Town of East Greenbush, NY. You will perform monthly inventory counts with shop crews and management to help control loss and improve operations.

You will travel from shop to shop, verify cash, resolve product code issues, and educate staff on our shop accounting system. Growth opportunities and ongoing training are provided in a drug-free environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or food service management or accounting experience.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to share data and have tough conversations with all levels of management.
• Willing to teach and train.

Responsibilities

• Physical count of inventory to calculate inventory shrink.
• Cash verification.
• Check and resolve product code issues.
• Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew members and managers.
• Assist with operational and personnel issues.
• Work with managers to solve shrink issues.
• Travel from shop to shop.

We are looking to add Inventory Control Specialists to our team. Our auditors conduct monthly shop inventory and work with the shop crew and management to help control loss and improve operations. In addition to finding problems and opportunities you will be required to be part of the solution.
