Hiring Today is seeking Inventory Control Specialists to join our team. Our auditors conduct monthly shop inventory and work with shop crew and management to help control loss and improve operations. In addition to finding problems and opportunities you will be required to be part of the solution.

We offer starting pay and benefits that support long-term stability, training, and growth. Travel to multiple shops is required to support shrink reduction and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Some retail or food service management or accounting experience.
• Enjoy helping teach and train others.
• Outgoing personality with ability to discuss data with management.

Responsabilités

• Physical count of inventory to calculate inventory shrink.
• Cash verification.
• Check and resolve product code issues.
• Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew members and managers.
• Assist with operational and personnel issues.
• Work with managers to solve shrink issues.
• Travel from shop to shop.

• Have some retail or food service management or accounting experience.
• Enjoy people and want to help teach and train.
• Have an outgoing personality with the ability to share data and have tough conversations with all levels of management.

Responsibilities:

• Physical count of inventory to calculate inventory shrink.
• Cash verification.
• Check and resolve product code issues.
• Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew members and managers.
• Assist with operational and personnel issues.
• Work with managers to solve shrink issues.
• Travel from shop to shop.
