Job summary

Hiring Today is seeking Inventory Control Specialists to join our team in Glens Falls, NY. You will conduct monthly shop inventories, verify cash, resolve product code issues, and educate staff on our shop accounting system.

You will travel between shops, collaborate with managers to curb shrink, and contribute to ongoing training, with a starting pay of $18–$20 per hour and benefits including retirement and employee discounts.

• Outgoing personality with the ability to share data and have tough conversations with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Physical count of inventory to calculate inventory shrink.

• Explain and teach the value of our shop accounting system to shop crew members and managers.
• Assist with operational and personnel issues.
• Work with managers to solve shrink issues.
