Cheney Brothers, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Associate to maintain accurate stock levels and support warehouse operations. You will perform regular stock checks, forecast needs, and coordinate with buyers and sales teams to ensure product availability and timely transfers.

Responsibilities include counting inventory, learning AS400 and SAP systems, and communicating with the team to resolve discrepancies. This role supports efficient supply chain and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–6 months prior experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Count product and locate missing inventory.
• Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Proof slots and fulfill buyer transfer requests.
• Perform regular stock checks and elevate any issues.
• Operate reach truck or pallet jack as needed.
• Communicate via email with buyers and salesforce.
• Run reports as needed.
• Use and learn inventory systems such as AS400 and SAP.
• Understand product dating and rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
