Cheney Brothers in Statesville, NC is seeking an Inventory Associate to maintain accurate stock records and ensure product availability through regular checks and coordination with buyers and sales teams. You will operate warehouse tools, forecast demand, run reports, and support transfer requests while learning AS400 and SAP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Preferred familiarity with inventory control or warehouse operations.

Responsabilités

• Count product and locate missing inventory.
• Forecast supply and demand to ensure stock availability.
• Proof slots and fulfill buyer transfer requests.
• Perform regular stock checks and escalate issues.
• Operate reach truck or pallet jack as needed.
• Communicate via email with buyers and salesforce.
• Run reports as needed.
• Use inventory systems such as AS400 and SAP.
• Understand product dating and rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards
