Job summary

Clark Associates in Baytown is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure data accuracy between our ERP system and physical counts, while collaborating across departments to identify issues and develop proactive solutions.

You will perform weekly cycle counts, adjust inventory based on counts, and use forklift equipment to replenish pick bins. Maintain a safe, organized warehouse and support ongoing team goals.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to identify inventory issues and resolve them
• Investigate inaccuracies and conduct weekly cycle counts
• Adjust inventory based on physical counts using ERP
• Use forklift to replenish pick bins
• Identify and process damaged inventory throughout the warehouse
• Ensure items are in correct bin locations
• Operate warehouse equipment safely
• Prepare wrap/kit lists for repack items and transport products
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy, and quality
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report hazards
• Collaborate with team to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals
• Follow company and warehouse policies and cover additional duties as needed
